To redeem FREEPLAY XTRA at a slot machine or electronic gaming terminal, simply enter a six-digit pin number (day, month, year of birthday in 01 01 01 format) via the member display screen and choose the amount to redeem.

Balances are redeemable starting from amounts of £1.

How to redeem FREEPLAY CHIPS

To redeem FREEPLAY CHIPS, visit the Cash Desk and hand over your membership card. There is a £5 minimum and played as a single, non-negotiable, bet.

How to redeem food and beverage

Earning and Expiry of Points

Can I still use my Aspers World card in other Aspers Casinos?

From 11^th November 2024 onwards your Aspers World card will only be valid to earn and redeem points at Aspers Casino Newcastle. Should you visit Aspers Casino Westfield Stratford, and The Casino MK you will need to register for a brand-new Aspers loyalty scheme card at either casino.
